- Review leases, and other documents as part of the property due diligence process
- Maintain list of tenants in the market and TC Global Commercial’s exclusive property listings
- Cold calls to business owners and managers
- Research properties and property owner information
- Enter data into company database
- Generate leads and appointments from the database
- Software maintenance (CRM, Costar, Loopnet, TC Global Commercial’s internal database)
- Local traveling to businesses
- Complete company sponsored Commercial Real Estate Training
- Real Estate License
- BA/BS degree in business
- Experience in the field
- Creative problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter, capable of maintaining a high-energy level and being a team player
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be well-spoken and possess strong presentation skills
- Attention to detail; ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- 16-week long Commercial Real Estate training that will teach you how to fast-track your expertise in the industry. This course is the fastest way for new commercial real estate agents to build the knowledge base necessary to compete in the market. A sales coaching program will also be provided through Client Builder Academy. The program consists of an online sales coaching platform and one-on-one meetings every two weeks with an experienced sales coach.
